Most people who want to get stronger are handed a generic 5x5 program that has no awareness of who they are, what equipment they have, or what else is going on in their life. It might work for a while — but it rarely gets anyone from where they are to where they want to be in a sustainable way.

A strength program from The Loading Lab is built for you specifically — your goals, your available equipment, your training history, your schedule, and any injury history that needs to be worked around or trained through carefully.

Whether you're a complete beginner learning the basics of compound movement, an intermediate lifter who has stalled and needs structured periodisation, or an endurance athlete who needs strength work that supports their running or cycling — there is a program for you.

All programs are delivered online. You don't need to be in person. You do need to be willing to train consistently and communicate honestly about how sessions are going.

A structured 8–12 week program built to your goal and equipment. Delivered as a PDF or app-based plan. No ongoing check-ins — designed for self-directed athletes who know how to execute.
Coached Program
Custom pricing · ongoing
Full 1:1 coaching with weekly check-ins, program adjustments based on your performance, and direct access for questions. Best for athletes who want accountability and ongoing progression.

How It Works

The process.

01
Application & Intake

You submit the application covering your training history, equipment access, goals, and any injury history. This gives me everything needed to determine the right program type and starting point.

02
Program Design

Your program is built around your goals, equipment, and schedule. Template programs are delivered within 3–5 business days. Coached programs begin after a brief intake call.

03
Execution & Feedback

For coached athletes: weekly check-ins let me see how sessions are going, adjust loads, and address anything that needs attention. For template athletes: a structured log is included so you can track your own progress.

04
Progression

Every 4–6 weeks the program is reassessed. Coached athletes get a fully updated block. Template athletes have built-in progressions — and can purchase updated programs at a discounted rate.
