Not just
rest and ice.
You've probably heard it before: "rest for 6 weeks and it should settle down." That's not a treatment plan — that's a delay. Evidence-based physiotherapy means understanding what's actually happening in your tissue, why it happened, and what needs to change to stop it happening again.
Every assessment starts with your training load. Not just the injury. Because most running and triathlon injuries aren't structural failures — they're load management failures. Something changed, escalated too fast, or wasn't recovered from properly. Find the driver and you find the fix.
You'll leave every consult with a clear diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a load management strategy that keeps you moving while you recover. Not just exercises on a sheet — a plan that connects to your actual training.
