See how
you move.
Most runners have never actually seen themselves run. They feel like they're running tall and relaxed — and the video shows something completely different. Gait analysis removes the guesswork.
This isn't a quick treadmill look-over. It's a comprehensive assessment using multi-angle video capture combined with a full musculoskeletal screen. We're not just looking at what your foot does — we're looking at the entire kinetic chain from foot strike through hip drive through trunk position.
Importantly, gait analysis is interpreted through the lens of your injury history and training load. A heel strike pattern might be completely fine for one athlete and a major driver of injury for another. Context matters more than checklists.
You leave with a written report, annotated video clips, and a drill and cue prescription that you can actually use in your next session — not a generic list of stretches.
What we assess
Heel, midfoot, or forefoot pattern. Contact time, cadence, and step width relative to your speed and build.
Valgus collapse, hip drop, crossover gait, and glute activation patterns — the most common injury drivers in runners.
Forward lean, lateral sway, arm crossover and rotation. Often overlooked but critical for economy and injury prevention.
How much you're bouncing. Excess vertical movement wastes energy and increases impact loading — both fixable.
